This is used to tell both us as a group when were filming as well as our teachers what we intend to record on the day of the shoot, where we will film, what equipment we have as well as vital information such as people involved on the shoots mobile numbers, this is in case something bad happens that everyone can get hold of each other and know where everyone is.
