MS - Location 'Reccie' - Dene Park

Myself and Nick went on a location 'reccie' to Dene Park in Tonbridge. We took a snare drum and a high hat, this was so we could a good feel of what the location would look like if we chose to use this location. We found the location to be very usefull and we shall definately consider using it. After visiting Dene Park we went on a location 'reccie' in Knowl Park, which is in Sevenoaks.

  1. Shots look really good Mark! When were designing the animatic, we need to consider what parts were going to film at Dene instead of Knole and vice versa. I was thinking, because we will want the title with the reverse art idea to be clear and down to the point, perhaps we should film this at Dene, as well as any other shots which we want to emphasise the joyous feel connoted through the natural sunlight which the park enjoys, as Knole is more enclosed and dark. What do you think? Also need to consider travel costs and time at which we shoot as the lighter and thus better shots will be available at earlier times.

  2. Well there was that large open space at Knole park which could be used as it will be light. Remember we were lucky on the day we did the 'reccie' as it was sunny but we might not be so lucky when it comes to the actually shoot. Fingers crossed for a good day!!
