MS - Risk assessment
Above is a print screen of our risk assessment. This is used to allow our teachers to know, as well as bring to our attention any possible problems or risks we may encounter when filming. On the risk assessment we must ask ourselves what the possible dangers are, from weather conditions damaging the camera, to filming in areas where we may encounter potential hazards to our health. Once we have acknowledged all problems we must write ways in which we can minimize these risks from happening.

We need to be able to acknowledge what the biggest problems will be with filming in woodland. When filming last year we encountered many problems with weather affecting the equipment and the crew. Before we go out to film we need to check the weather and make sure it is safe to take the equipment to a particularly wet and slippery location.
